Ryan Green Designs is based in Brooklyn, New York. I started my business in 2003 with a line of handmade vinyl tote bags. They turned out to be a hit at local artisan markets so I continued to add new designs and styles to the line. Today the collection includes several styles of bags in a rainbow of colors, t-shirts for women and men, belt buckles, and a brand new line of goods for the home.
I grew up in Shrewsbury, Massachusetts and love baby animals, comic strips, gardening, avocados, strong coffee, design magazines, listening to public radio, and finding treasures (aka dumpster diving).
I make and print most of my items in my home studio. Everything seen on the website is in stock and ready to be shipped out within 2-4 business days. I also sell uniques, one-of-a-kind items on my ETSY website Wicked Mint and vintage items on my ETSY site called Super Magic Treasure.

Shipping
I try to ship items within 2 business days of the order being placed, but it can take up to 4 days. Please contact me if you have any questions, concerns, or need your item(s) by a certain date. When your item(s) ship out you'll receive an email from my PayPal account with all your information. Items are shipped USPS 2-day Priority Mail. If you have specific questions about your order please contact me.
International Orders
If you'd like to purchase an item, but live outside the United States please contact me with your location. If you already purchased an item I will send a request for additonal shipping funds, and if you have not yet made a purchase I will send a request for your item and the shipping costs.
Returns & Exchanges
You may return an item for refund or exchange within 7 days after receipt. The item must be returned unused and in its original condition or a refund will not be granted. The customer is responsible for shipping fees on the returned item. You must contact me before returning any items: ryan@ryanbags.com
Items have a warranty of 6 months. During that time you may contact me if the following items break on your bag: lining, straps, zippers and I will repair or replace those items free of charge. If you have other problems please let me know and I try my best to fix the situation. The customer is responsibile for shipping costs involved with returning the item. If you need a repair after 6 months please send an email to me and explain the situation. Ryan Green reserves the right to decline or request payment for repairs/replacement after this time.
Cleaning & Care
BAGS:
Please HAND WASH all items in cool water with mild detergent. Dry flat on a towel or drying rack. Do not put in the dryer. If your bag needs to be ironed just turn it inside out and iron on low. Do not iron.
TOWELS:
Machine wash in cold water and machine dry on medium heat.
T-SHIRTS:
Machine wash in cold water and machine dry on medium heat.
